Take I-4 East to Exit 111B known as Saxon Blvd./CR 4146 W,
Turn RIGHT on to Memorial Veteran’s Parkway (2nd light - Chick-fil-a on right). Stay on Memorial
Veteran’s Parkway until it ends at Graves Avenue (CR-4145). Turn LEFT on to Graves. Approximately 1.5 miles,
where the two lane road splits with a grassy median our building is on your left. The building is a
4 suite, one story gray building. When entering the parking lot we are located in the end suite to your left.

From DeBary area and 17-92:
Turn RIGHT on to E Graves Ave (CR-4145).
The office will be on the RIGHT side where the road splits. The building is a 4 suite, one story gray building.
When entering the parking lot we are located in the end suite to your left.

From DeLand area and 17-92:
Turn LEFT on to E Graves Ave (CR-4145).

Take I-4 WEST toward ORLANDO. Take Exit #114 toward Orange City. Turn RIGHT on
FL-472 West. Turn LEFT on CR-4101 (1st light after crossing over the highway). At the light turn RIGHT on to Graves Ave (CR-4145). Approximately 1.5 miles, where the two lane road splits with a grassy median our building is on your left. The building is a 4 suite, one story gray building.
