	Tricia Carroll: tcarroll@palmstatetitle.com Tricia began her career in the title industry in 1982 in the State of Colorado. Moving to Florida 1989, she re-entered the title business in 1992, managing an escrow office for a local title agency being promoted to Vice President throughout the years. Tricia chose to open her own title agency in Aug of 2003 and oversees the day to day operations of Palm State Title. She is the mom of two daughters and grandmother to one grandson.
	Krista Presti: kpresti@palmstatetitle.com Krista entered the title industry in 1999. Beginning as a receptionist, Krista has become knowledgeable in many facets of the title field. Currently Krista is the office manager and handles accounting duties as well.
	Javier Rivera:jrivera@palmstatetitle.com Javier's vision is to revolutionize consumers' perspective of the title business and their understanding of the value of real estate title insurance. Javier has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business, including title, mortgage, and residential real estate investments, since 2001, so he brings a first person perspective to the title industry. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Computer Engineering, and has lived in the Central Florida area for almost 20 years. He is a husband and father of an 19 month old.
	Donna Bardaro: dbardaro@palmstatetitle.com Donna Bardaro began her career as a Mortgage Processor while a senior in high school in 1971 and then entered the Title Insurance Industry in 1983. She is a wife and mother of 3 daughters and has lived in the Lake Mary area for 18 years. Donna joined Palm State Title in April, 2005 as an Escrow Officer performing closings in the Lake Mary office.
